Skopje, North Macedonia – February 26, 2025 – Login Systems is proud to introduce the LSM Macedonian Localization People App for Dynamics 365 Business Central, a comprehensive solution designed to enhance human resources capabilities and streamline payroll management for businesses in Macedonia.
The LSM People App has been approved by Microsoft and is available on Microsoft AppSource for both Business Central Online and Business Central On-premises. This ensures that businesses can easily access and integrate the app into their existing systems.
The LSM People App integrates seamlessly with Dynamics 365 Business Central, providing businesses with a robust platform to manage employee data, track attendance, and automate payroll processes. With over 15 years of experience, the app has been successfully implemented in both small and large companies across Macedonia and Kosovo, serving businesses with a workforce ranging from a few employees to up to 1000 employees.

Enhanced Employee Card: Capture comprehensive employee information with additional fields.
Attachment Management: Attach Office documents, images, and PDFs to miscellaneous article information, allowing HR executives to quickly find and access necessary information for each current or past employee.
Employee Contract Management: Manage employee contracts and annexes, including details on salaries, job titles, contract duration, and bank and mobile phone information. These contracts are integrated with payroll calculation to ensure accurate and seamless payroll processing.
Dedicated Role Centers: Focus on work using two new role centers – Human Resources Manager and People Manager.
Payroll Calculation: Calculate payroll accurately using salaries from employee contracts, setup configurations, and timesheet data from external systems. The calculation can also incorporate solidarity funds, union fees, and vacation allowance amounts.
Recruitment Support: Assist HR managers in the recruitment process with candidate profiling and document attachments.
Absence Budgeting: Manage vacations, day offs, sick leaves, and injury leaves, especially important for larger organizations in Kosovo.
Organizational Chart Management: Manage the organizational chart, allowing HR and top management to understand and design a better hierarchy.
Additional Functionalities: Benefit from many more functionalities and enhancements designed to streamline HR and payroll processes, including detailed information on employee qualifications, emergency contact information, and tracking the expiration dates of employee documents.
The LSM People App is dependent on the LSM Macedonian Localization Reusable App and works best with other Login Systems apps for Business Central, such as the LSM Macedonian Localization Base App, LSM Macedonian Localization Premium App, LSM Macedonian Localization Retail App, LSM Service Plus App, and LSM Sales and Shipping Agents API Integration App.
