Login Systems has implemented the Macedonian localization for Business Central by developing several localization applications, a.k.a. apps or extensions. This multi-layered architecture allows flexibility in configuring the solution for different kind of customers and different kind of needs.
Localization Categories
Localization apps contain a set of functionalities addressing local requirements that fall within one of the categories below:
Regulatory requirements - local functionality that helps businesses fulfill their legal requirements, such as tax reporting, local general accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and other regulatory requirements.
National standards requirements – local functionality that addresses local standards, such as banking and payment formats, address formats, or local interpretations of global standards.
Market requirements - nice-to-have, competitive requirements – local functionality beneficial to the productivity business processes in a country and thereby adding value to business but aren't required from a regulatory perspective.
Localization Apps by Login Systems
Login Systems localization apps have been developed and tested on the world-wide edition of Business Central (Business Central W1).
LSM Macedonian Translation. Translation of Business Central for Macedonian users.
LSM Reusables App. This is mandatory extension that acts like foundation for all other extensions. Base App and People Management are directly dependable of Reusables App.
LSM Base App. This app carries out basic Macedonian localization of Business Central. It includes adjustments and constraints in the chart of accounts, enhancements in sales document layouts, adaptations in VAT statements and additional financial reporting.
LSM Premium App. It is a set of functionalities for advanced localization, mostly addressing market requirements in Macedonia as well as the needs for larger organizations especially in the distribution industry.
LSM People Management. The extension has got enhanced functionalities in human resources module and a module for calculating and managing employees’ salaries.
LSM Retail Management. It is a module that allows companies to sell products and services via retail channel using fiscal printers (cash registers).
LSM Service Management. The extension enhances the functionalities of standard Service Management module in Business Central. Includes retail sales of spare parts and services as well.
While the Macedonian localization apps may be purchased and installed individually, users need to take in consideration the dependability among themselves (please see the structure shown above). All apps work on Business Central Online (cloud edition) и Business Central OnPrem (on hosted server).
